Perks for turfs

    If I may suggest, each turf will be having different perks. So, these perks will be available only to the gang/faction that captured it.

    Auto Export Company
    When a gang/faction captured this turf, they gain access to a Patriot available at the location of Auto Export Company

    Fossil Fuel Company
    In Fossil Fuel, here, the one who has captured this turf has access to a Duneride or something that is a very durable vehicle

    Crack Lab
    Gang Members gain increased crack when doing a smuggler job/They have a percentage to have free cracks every signcheck. Free cracks are random ranging from 1-10

    Drug House
    Gang Members gain increased pot when doing a smuggler job/They have a percentage to have free pots every signcheck. Free pots are random ranging from 1-10

    Drug Factory
    Drug crates cost less. They gain access to an armored van.

    MF1
    gang/faction members has a chance to increase his/her materials payout when matrunning. Materials added are random from 10-50

    MF2
    gang/faction members has a chance to increase his/her materials payout when matrunning. Materials added are random from 10-50

    These would make the turfs much more interesting

    Great Suggestions!
    but i will improve some points like as you said:
    AEC will give bonus pay to owners if they /sellcar any server vehicle.
    A bit Non-RP but it can be RP if family safe gets some drugs every signcheck.

    Nothing to change in FFC
    Good Suggestion.
