How do i join a faction?

• 1. Short introduction of what the PD is nowadays.
  - The LSPD is a faction which basically keeps the balance between order and chaos.
  - There was a time where the LSPD didn't have a Chief to lead them and enough Officers to control the streets, it was terrible, pure chaos.
  - If you like the hardcore RP life and constantly obeying orders no matter what they are, i really suggest you to join while Mr. Winters is the Chief.
  - His PD is not that active, but is full of elite players (elite roleplayers)
  - You are RPing non-stop and, from my point of view, is really fun if you're into that.
  - If you're not into that and if you're just a slacker who is powerhungry and will join only for free guns, don't worry, you won't be in the PD long.
  - The current PD is rebuilding it's team and so far, it's going really good.
  - You are always on duty and patrolling most of the time, unless the Chief gives you other instructions.
  - You perform traffic stops, routine checks on the players, arrest criminals and with all of that, you get free guns so you don't lose money on buying the guns.
