in this tutorial i am gonna show you how to buy licenses
just follow these steps

1/ head to the city hall , its near los santos police department , check the picture

2/ go near the door and press "Y" to enter

3/ go to the icon which in the picture

3/ then go near it and type /getlicense

4/ you will find a box contain the licenses , check the pic , and choose which license you want

4/ this is the final step , just press on the license you want and you need to make the recquired money in hand to get it
