this is turorial will show you how to apply for LSPD on forums , its very easy , just folow these steps .
first of all you need to log in on forums
then look up you will see [Home.forums,forms,members,groups,rules] just press on [forms]
then press on [ LSPD application ]
you will see questions , all you need to do is to fill and answer them

at the end , when you finish filling the questions , press [ submit ]
like that , you done/made the lspd application , all you need to do is to wait for any lspd T&R or High Command to reply for your application
